Katarina is the better half of junior manager Willi Pfister and a real gem at the front desk, for close to ten years now.

Katarina Pfister makes sure that you have a great first impression of our hotel in Mayrhofen. She was born in 1986; about 20 years later, in 2006, she fell for the charms of Willi Pfister jun. She was new to the hotel industry, however, thanks to her great enthusiasm and passion, it took her only three years to become the front desk manager. Katarina and Willi got married the same year, in 2010, and had three lovely little Pfisters. Katarina loves hiking, mushroom picking, and reading, and – since the invention of the e-bike – biking, too. She enjoys being outdoors, out and about in the nature. Yoga and meditation help her feel grounded and balanced. She also loves to cook, vegetarian only; her favourite is Indian cuisine. Together with her in-laws and Willi, she looks after our guests and is always available for questions and information. Because ultimately, at the Hotel Neue Post, hospitality is not only a slogan, but living tradition!
