Of course, it’s not always easy to do a sport, exercise, or do something for your physical and mental well-being alone. Sometimes you have to fight against yourself. But luckily, we have Tamàs and Tiffany, who support you with their well-being programme – personally and individually. And the best part? The courses, workshops, and activity classes with our two experts are not only fun, but also get your body and mind working. Let us introduce you to them!

Tiffany’s well-being programme

Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., participation is free of charge and the programme varies depending on the season and weather conditions.
