Looking after your well-being and staying motivated can be hard to do alone. That’s why we offer a well-being programme with personal support from Tamàs and his team.
The well-being programme offers a variety of free activities that change with the seasons and weather and are designed to benefit both your body and mind. From Monday to Friday, guests can enjoy guided hikes and e-bike trips in summer and skiing, tobogganing, and torch-lit hikes in winter. We also offer yoga sessions and other activities that promote physical and mental wellness.
If you want to indulge in nature further, Zillertal offers an abundance of outdoor activities. From easy walks to high-altitude hikes, there are over 1,400km of marked trails to explore. Have you heard of the famous glacier, the Hintertux? Summer skiing here is all kinds of fun! And after an active day, guests can unwind with a massage at the Neue Post Spa.
